Tri-River Capital dates back to 1988. We were established to provide financial consulting services to middle market companies including financial services companies.
Our professionals have more than seventy-five years of investment banking and business experience. Tri-River Capital’s team brings together a combination of investment banking, accounting, financial management, securities trading and operating experience. That combination gives us the knowledge, experience and independence to do the job. Companies served cross many industries including finance, bank, insurance, retail, credit card, energy, telecom, healthcare, technology, service, industrial and manufacturing.
Our experience includes mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, buyside representations, private placements of equity and debt, advice on public offerings and valuations, fairness opinions and expert testimony.
Assignments undertaken by Tri-River receive the full personalized attention of our professionals. How is this attention accomplished? We intentionally limit the number of client assignments that are handled at a time. Further, the Firm’s size enables us to avoid unnecessary internal meetings and counter-productive organizational politics.
